This class is held on one Saturday of every month from 8:00 a.m. until 2 p.m. This class educates Mom and her coach on pregnancy, labor, delivery, childcare and infant CPR. The class also discusses exercises, relaxation techniques and medications available to assist Mom with the labor and delivery process. Anxiety is caused from "fear of the unknown;" our goal is to decrease Mom and coach's anxiety by giving them an idea of what to expect including a tour of CRMC's Maternity Services Center.
