Giving Programs
The Cullman Regional Medical Center Foundation giving programs allow donors throughout the community, state and country participate in lasting giving opportunities that benefit CRMC. The CRMC Foundation gratefully honors its supporters through a number of donor recognition programs, including Etched in Stone, Tree of Life, the Wall of Honor and Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.
Capital Campaigns
Special campaigns bring emphasis to a specific project such as the Golden Window ER Campaign and the newly developed Refresh-A-Room Campaign. The restoration program allows donors to recognize others throughout the hospital. A variety of giving levels are available to secure patient rooms, waiting rooms and/or nursing stations.
Private Rooms are available for $18,000
Semi-Private Rooms are available for $20,000
Maternity Suites are available for $25,000
A mock room has been developed in the main lobby of the hospital featuring key attributes of the new rooms. Private tours to view completed patient rooms are available. Capital Campaign contributions may be give over a three to five-year period.
Etched in Stone
Engraved black granite stone pavers are placed along the front of the CRMC hospital walkway. Many are purchased to honor and memorialize loved ones and some display the name of the donor only. Contribution of $500 or more to the CRMC Foundation.
The Tree of Life
This beautiful display located in the main front hall of the medical center consists of a beautiful wrought iron tree with brass leaves, apples and rocks and allows donors to honor or remember loved ones, companies, civic organizations or anyone of the donor’s choosing. Each item represents a different giving level:
- Leaves are available for a $300 donation
- Apples are available for a $1,000 donation
- Rocks are available for a $5,000 donation
Honor/Memorial Program
The Honor/Memorial Program is ongoing. Donors can make a
donation online or by using envelopes that are available at all area funeral homes and by contacting the CRMC Foundation office. All donations are acknowledged to the donor and to anyone the donor chooses to receive acknowledgement of the donation. The suggested donation is $25 or more.
Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star
This colorful mural is located in the hallway of the CRMC Labor and Delivery area. The wall allows donors to honor their loved ones–even those not born at CRMC–with an engraved brass star affixed to the mural. Twinkle, Twinkle stars are available for newborns and not-so-newborns alike! Donations of $50 or more will grant each donor with a Star on the mural and benefits the CRMC Foundation's Nursery & Pediatrics Fund.
The Wall of Honor
This beautiful donor wall located in the hospital’s main lobby entrance recognizes individuals with any cumulative donation to the CRMC Foundation of $1,000 or more. There are many different giving levels reflected on the board. For more information, contact the CRMC Foundation office.
Annual Giving Opportunities
An annual gift or year-end contribution is also an option for a one-time gift or pledge. Donations are also accepted at any time to recognize a loved one or caregiver.
