About Us
The CRMC Foundation is a fundraising organization that seeks to assist, advance and strengthen Cullman Regional Medical Center in its mission of providing excellent healthcare, health education and other humanitarian endeavors. The Foundation conducts many fundraising activities each year for use at CRMC for special needs, projects and programs.

The CRMC Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees tasked with managing Foundation finances and assets. Their management allows donated moneys and assets to grow, so that opportunities for grants to the hospital can also grow. Day-to-day and event business activities are managed by a small staff onsite at CRMC.

In addition to its fundraising events, the CRMC Foundation accepts contributions through a number of giving programs that allow individuals or companies to make donations directly to the Foundation. Donors may contribute to the general Foundation fund or to specific funds based on their interests.

The CRMC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible for donors as allowed by IRS rules.
