Cullman Regional Medical Center's Occupational Health Care works with employers to control cost and utilization while providing coordinated care. In sum, CRMC's Occupational Health Care provides full service to employees and employers.

CompTrac Workers' Compensation Treatment and Tracking Program
The CompTrac program, a service of CRMC since 1990, was developed to assist businesses in managing their workers; compensation cases while reducing costs. Since 1989, Baptist Health System has been at the forefront of managed care for workers' compensation cases.

CompTrac is offered to companies at no charge. The program coordinates medical treatment for injured workers, tracks follow-up visits, informs company representatives at each step of the treatment process, and provides discounted hospital and physician services.

Rehabilitation
CRMC is dedicated to the restoration of joint mobility, muscular strength, endurance and conditioning, helping the injured recover the ability to perform specific tasks and lead a physically independent lifestyle. CRMC's occupational health program offers a variety of drug screens, including D.O.T. screens and Breathalyzer testing.

Health Screenings
CRMC occupational health offers screening services in a variety of formats. Our staff of professionals is available to provide on-site health screenings to meet employer specifications. CRMC also offers a wide range of specialized tests.

Health Promotion
CRMC can implement and evaluate health promotion services for employees and their families. CRMC provides a framework for both broad based and targeted health improvement programs, aimed at lowering health care costs through prevention.

Employee Assistance Program
The employee assistance program concentrates on identifying and resolving productivity problems associated with personal concerns. These might include marital, family, financial, legal, health, alcohol, drug, emotional; stress or lifestyle problems that adversely affect job performance.

Cancer Screenings
Although not traditionally thought of in terms of an occupational health issue, cancer has a profound effect on the work force and the cost of health care. CRMC's Cancer center provides companies with personalized cancer risk analysis and education programs. The Cancer Center helps identify ways to safeguard against cancer and detect many cancers at their earliest, most treatable stages.

Employee Fitness
As a part of our commitment to providing outstanding health care for the people of our community, CRMC offers comprehensive health and fitness services through its fitness facilities. Corporate memberships, fitness counseling and on-site facility development and management are available through CRMC's Rehabilitation Services Center.

WomenFirst
