CRMC Nutrition & Wellness Services

Cullman Regional Medical Center Nutrition & Wellness Services provides a variety of inpatient and outpatient nutrition services to the Cullman community. For hospitalized patients, CRMC Registered Dietitians fully evaluate and treat patients at risk for a variety of nutritional deficiencies. Medical Nutrition Outpatient Therapy provides patients with a variety of diseases and conditions develop a nutrition plan to aid in fighting those diseases/conditions. 

Location 
The office is located in CRMC's Main Hospital near the Women's Diagnostic Center.

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
